Production

All the Tarondo watches are completely processed and assembled, one by one,
by a watchmaker with a long and accurate handcraft work.

The process starts with raw movement parts, that are manually processed with the perlage.

Then the watch parts are threated with a galvanic color process, that fixs noble
materials like gold for yellow, rhodium for grey and black gold for black color.

After an accurate wash, it's the turn of the jewels, mounted
and calibrated with the wheels and the balance section.

The movement is mounted, lubricated, regulated and checked, with a cronoscope,
to test the running accuracy and verify the factory parameters.
The waterproof test ends the process.
All the watches are checked by a vacuum machine up to 100 meters.
