Service and assistance is offered after the sale to keep your watch functioning perfectly. Our workshop offers the most professional assistance for any type of maintenance problem.

There will always be an expert available, so you will be in direct contact with the workshop, which is at the same time the producer of your exclusive watch.

All local dealers are certified for maintenance service with original components.

Warranty.

Every Tarondo watch has a two years warranty for any defect, imperfection or failure that depends on the original production process. The service will include every repair and all the spare parts needed to make the watch work properly.

The warranty does not include any damage due to an improper use of the watch, carelessness, negligence, shocks, abrasions, glasses and external parts breakage.
